Hello! I am Leah Tabler and welcome to my Information Architecture website!
I hail from Dayton, OH and currently work at the Miami University Regionals Libraries in Hamilton, OH and Middletown, OH as the Circulation Supervisor. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in English from Bluffton University in 2022 and am currently working towards completing my Master’s in Library and Information Sciences. My expected graduation is May 2028.
My path towards an MLIS started at a very young age. Ever since I was little, I fell in love with books and visiting my hometown’s local library. I knew I wanted a career doing something within libraries. As I grew, I eventually became specifically interested in academic librarianship. I hope to learn about a lot during my journey and grow in my knowledge of how best to serve students, faculty/staff, an community members in a way that will help them further in their lives as well.
As far as personal facts about me go, I enjoy going to the gym, crafting, reading, writing, and exploring new areas for unique coffee shops and stores!
